Stella, is the Sales & Operations Director and Co-Founder of CR Dynamic Sdn Bhd, a company focused on delivering innovative solutions and streamlined management for contest and redemption campaigns. With over 10 years of experience, she brings strong expertise in promoter coordination, roadshows, and full-cycle campaign execution across multiple industries.

She began her career in 2004 as a beauty consultant, gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement and market insights. In 2006, she joined PA Dynamic Sdn Bhd, where she sharpened her skills in project execution, team leadership, and client servicing. Over time, she advanced into strategic roles, managing large-scale campaigns including one with nearly 41,000 verified entries and another involving the coordination of over 300 personnel.

In her current role, she leads the company’s sales and operations strategy, overseeing the entire campaign process from planning and activation to post-campaign analysis and fulfilment. Her leadership ensures that every campaign is executed with precision and delivers measurable impact for clients nationwide.

She holds a Diploma in Mass Communication from Dasein Academy of Art (2013).

Marcus, General Manager & Founder of BMP Services Sdn Bhd, he is a seasoned sales and operations leader with over 20 years of experience across Malaysia and Singapore.

As former General Manager at Imaxx Service Plus, he executed a management buyout, expanded field force services, and partnered with global clients like Coca-Cola and Danone, drove a 300% revenue surge through an in-house business intelligence (BI) solution.

When he was at Captivate Sdn Bhd, he oversaw Unilever Malaysia’s RM600 million modern trade operations, managing 300 staff, His expertise spans distributor management, cross-channel expansion, and operational optimisation, serving clients such as Heineken, L’Oréal, and Amore Pacific.

An MBA graduate from Australia’s University of Ballarat, Marcus blends entrepreneurial vision with FMCG excellence.

Tony Law is the General Manager and Co-founder of Boldd, a dynamic advertising agency he joined and helped establish in 2022. He leads the company’s operations and strategic direction, with a focus on growth and regional expansion across Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, Boldd launched its Singapore arm, Boldd Activation Pte Ltd, in 2023, followed by an expansion into Thailand in 2024.

With over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, Tony is a specialist in integrated brand communications, combining traditional, experiential, and digital marketing to deliver impactful, full-funnel campaigns. He is particularly focused on O2O (online-to-offline) strategies that connect digital engagement with real-world brand experiences – creating consistent consumer journeys across both physical and virtual touchpoints.

Throughout his career, Tony has led successful campaigns for top-tier global brands such as Nestlé, Danone Dumex, Ferrero, Shell, Microsoft, Dell, Heineken Malaysia Berhad, British American Tobacco, Japan Tobacco International, and Pernod Ricard. His portfolio spans regulated and high-impact sectors, including alcohol, tobacco, telecommunications, electronics, banking, and FMCG. Before founding Boldd, he held senior roles at several respected agencies including Gazelle Activation, TBWA-ISC Malaysia, Plan Z Concepts, and ISC Innovators.

He began his journey in advertising after graduating from IACT College in 2005 with a Diploma in Advertising and Marketing Communications. This academic foundation laid the groundwork for his long-standing passion for brand building, and he continues to drive Boldd forward by nurturing talent, building partnerships, and delivering meaningful brand experiences that create lasting impact.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the human capital industry, Ms Marianne currently oversees a broad spectrum of operations in recruitment, contract staffing, payroll management, and client servicing.

Renowned for her exceptional leadership and operational capabilities, she has built a strong track record in managing large-scale workforce solutions, nurturing long-term client relationships, and resolving complex employee relations and disciplinary matters with professionalism and efficiency. Her strategic oversight also extends to sales and marketing planning, driving growth and strengthening brand presence in competitive markets.

In recognition of her outstanding contributions, she was honoured with the Excellent Project Manager Award 2024 by a multinational client, underscoring her commitment to excellence, project delivery, and client satisfaction.

Marianne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication (University Putra Malaysia, 2003), majoring in Corporate Communication, and is a professionally certified Trainer and Coach under the Train-The-Trainer program.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd and Boldd Advertising Sdn Bhd, May Kim is responsible for advancing the company's vision, operations, and sales strategies and converting them into feasible growth plans.

May Kim brings a diverse perspective to the company combining deep operations expertise, strategy and governance to deliver insights that support well-informed decision-making. Having served FMCGs, Retail, Telcos, Consumer Electronics and other industries for over 20 years in both the public and private sectors, her vast leadership experience is crucial to the company’s success.

A self-assured, upbeat leader with a knack for motivating and guiding a sizable, multidisciplinary team to overcome obstacles and drive meaningful change. One of her noteworthy accomplishments was running three businesses simultaneously, one of which was active in Singapore. She had transformed companies with her unusually high degree of dedication and perseverance, frequently taking on obstacles that others shun.

In 1999, May Kim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (Corporate Administration) (Honours) from Anglia Ruskin University in the United Kingdom. She discovered her interest in manpower and event planning while working in the banking and hospitality sectors. From the post of Client Service Manager to the current Chief Operating Officer, she rose through the ranks.

Mr. Anson is the Group Chief Executive Officer of CES Global Sdn Bhd, overseeing a diverse group of companies including Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd, Boldd Advertising Sdn Bhd, Boldd Activation Pte Ltd, PA Recruitment (KL) Sdn Bhd, Agensi Pekerjaan PA Recruitment Sdn Bhd, CR Dynamic Sdn Bhd, and BMP Services Sdn Bhd. He assumed the role in March 2025, after serving over a decade as CEO of Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd.

With nearly two decades of experience in the event management, marketing activation and talent recruitment industries, Anson leads the group’s overall strategy, business growth, operations and financial development. His leadership is instrumental in driving the group’s transformation into a comprehensive one-stop business solution provider, serving a wide range of clients across Malaysia and the region.

Under the leadership of Anson, his contributions to the business world have earned him multiple prestigious awards, including SME Service Excellence Award 2020, SME Top 100 Award 2020, Golden Bull Outstanding SME Award 2023 and Golden Eagle Excellence Award 2023. These recognitions reflect his commitment to excellence, innovation and sustainable business growth.

Anson began his career in 2006, starting as a Field Supervisor and progressively rising through various managerial and directorial roles. He served with Captivate Sdn Bhd from 2006 to 2013, where he held key positions as Operations Associate Director. In 2014, he took on the role of Chief Executive Officer for Calibre Event Solutions, Boldd Advertising, and Boldd Activation, leading those businesses until 2025.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Anson is deeply committed to community service. He serves as a Regional Superintendent (Operations) with St. John Ambulance of Malaysia, Wilayah Persekutuan, contributing actively to the development of volunteer emergency medical services and community outreach.

Anson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Sunderland (2022) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Ballarat, Australia (2006).

Mr. Albertt is an accomplished veteran of multiple disciplines who graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science from Campbell University in 1995. In 1997, he kicked off his career with his own start-up company that specialised in digital and offset print production, pioneering the growth of Malaysia’s computer graphic design industry before eventually becoming the head of the Institute of Printing, UK.

He then ventured into Advertising, Promotion and Event Management in 2004 - ALT Advantage Sdn Bhd managing a respectable portfolio of international clientele that includes giants like Toshiba, Panasonic and Brother etc. In 2016, he started the very first Sport Marketing company, GoSportz Sdn Bhd which is a leading cycling, duathlon, running event organiser and management company with more than 20 events organised namely, the famous cycling series of RHB Lekas Highway Night Ride 2016 until 2025 and IJN Ride for your Heart 2016, 2017, 2023, 2025.

In 2014 he invested in Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd of which he currently owns 51%, expanded his portfolio of companies to include brand activation agency and human resource outsourcing services comprising payroll management, advertising promotion roadshow and sampling promoters employment full time and part time. To date, CES secured many international FMCG customers namely Beiersdorf, Panasonic, Kimberly-Clark, Samsung Malaysia Electronic and more. In 2015, Boldd Advertising Sdn Bhd was incorporated with similar business activity of CES to cater for overseas customer’s outsourced services.

In order to complete his FMCG business offerings, in 2025 he completed the acquisition of PA Recruitment (KL) Sdn Bhd - a payroll outsourcing company, CR Dynamic Sdn Bhd - a contest & redemption management company and BMP Services Sdn Bhd - a field force management solutions provider.

With 30 years of cumulative experience in the industry, Albertt has led his companies to great success with his expertise in providing total event solutions supported by print production, event management, plus in-house carpentry, sound and light production and professional managers support.
